Customizations and non-returnable products

If you are interested in purchasing one or more custom products MADE TO ORDER and CUSTOM MADE, read carefully the specifications in this section.
A custom product is characterized by the presence of details concerning the buyer/customer (for example, dedication, dates, anniversaries, symbols, size, and more).
For these reasons, custom products may not be returned to FERY because they are considered non-resale so I remind you that with reference to “custom-made or clearly personalized” products the right of withdrawal is excluded in accordance with Article. 59 letter. c) of the Consumer Code.

In order to make a return, you only need to communicate your intention within 10 working days after reception of the goods by writing an email specifying your data and the reasons for the return to: fery@fery.it
I will authorize the return of the goods by communicating to you the address where shipping them back.


Conditions for Return

The Customer has a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the items while they are in his possession. If the Customer fails to comply with this obligation, his entitlement to a refund may be affected.
• The merchandise must be unworn, in saleable condition. The merchandise must not be altered.
• Please note that also for exchanges, products will still need to be unused, unworn, unaltered, and
undamaged condition (silver is a relatively ductile metal and subject to oxidation, it is your full responsibility to take care of your jewel once you received it).
• RETURN TRANSPORT COSTS ARE AT CUSTOMER’S CHARGE.
• For any reason (wrong size, wrong item, change of mind, etc…) customers will cover the cost of return shipping.
• Products may not be returned after 11 days.
• SARAFERY does not accept any responsibility for any theft or loss or damage to the goods being returned.
• The Customer must also attach the return invoice sent with the product.
In any case, SARAFERY reserves the right to contact and agree with the CLIENT for the refund request and to find the best solution to satisfy both parties.


Refunds

After I have received the products back and checked that all the requirements have been met and its full integrity, you’ll get a confirmation e-mail and will reimburse you within 30 days by bank transfer or system agreed with you.


RESALE PROHIBITION

Customers cannot modify, distribute or re-sell anything on this Website for any purpose.
