Is there such a thing as jewelry that is truly personalized?

On one side, there is the Skully Gothic Flamboyant Necklace, which is made to order. On the other side, you can embrace the same ornamental style with your favorite gatekeepers.
As you can see, I opted for the lock symbol.
The idea was to create scenes and universes through small glimpses to which only the wearer of that piece of jewelry would allow access.
This magical cauldron could not lack some strong and highly evocative figurative element that could metaphorically represent passages. I thought then to embrace the love for cats of so many of us and put them as keepers of the lock of that portal/jewelry.
I suggest you also choose another animal that could have value as a guide, familiar, or personal representation.
